The following Guidelines are for the use of Healthby ltd photos

AUTHORIZATIONS & RESTRICTIONS:

1. HBY photographs are copyrighted.
   Credit must be given to: HBY / Reference # / Photographer?s Name. Electronic reproductions require the additional use of the copyright symbol - © - before the credit.
   User agrees that photo content will not be changed by digital or any other means, except cropping. HBY photographs can only be used in a context that fairly represents the real situation, subject identity or physical location of the image. These restrictions are intended to uphold the right of children and others to be accurately depicted.
   Unless expressly stated, electronic usage of HBY photographs is only permitted for receipt, selection, image processing and layout purposes. Recipient agrees to delete all image files from hard drives, LANs or other electronic storage devices upon final reproduction.
   If you wish to reproduce, publish, mirror any of the photographs or images for a wider dissemination you can make use of the copyright option using the request form, where you can detail the nature and intended audience. You will receive an email containing the authorization with terms of use.
